This Privacy Policy describes how Patel Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Patel Omnix Invoice Manager (the "Service"), accessible at https://omnix.patelsolutions.net.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

• Administrators and authorized users of the Patel Omnix platform
• Visitors to our public landing page
• Users who connect their Google account to enable Google Drive integration

This policy does not apply to third-party services such as Google Drive, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When an administrator creates your account, we store:

• Full name
• Email address
• Encrypted password (stored as a one-way hash; we never store plain-text passwords)
• Account role (admin / super administrator)
• Subscription plan and monthly usage counters

3.2 Company & Invoice Configuration Data

You may voluntarily provide business information used to generate invoices, including:

• Company name, address, phone, and email
• Company logo and signature image
• Brand colors and invoice preferences
• Currency, tax settings, and payment terms
• Bank account details displayed on invoices
• Client names, contact details, and line-item data entered in invoice forms

3.3 Google Account & Drive Integration

If you choose to connect Google Drive, we request access through Google OAuth 2.0 with the following scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — to upload invoice PDF files created by the Service to your Google Drive
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata.readonly — to list folders in your Drive so you can choose where invoices are saved

We store:

• Encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens
• Your selected Google Drive folder ID and name
• Connection timestamp

We do not read, browse, modify, or delete existing files in your Google Drive except PDF files uploaded by the Service.

3.4 Technical & Session Data

• Session cookies required for authentication
• Server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting
• Local browser storage (IndexedDB, localStorage) for offline functionality and language/theme preferences on your device

4. What We Do NOT Store

Patel Omnix is designed with privacy in mind:

• Generated invoice PDF files are NOT permanently stored on our servers. PDFs are created in your browser and transmitted directly to your Google Drive account.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your Google data for advertising.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate users and manage access
• Generate and upload invoices to your connected Google Drive
• Enforce subscription plan limits
• Provide customer support
• Improve security and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

6. Legal Basis for Processing (where applicable)

• Contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you subscribed to
• Consent: connecting your Google account and uploading files to Google Drive
• Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, and service improvement

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with:

• Google LLC — when you authorize Google Drive integration, invoice PDFs and metadata are transmitted to Google per your instructions. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Hosting provider — our web hosting infrastructure stores account and configuration data on secure servers.
• Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

8. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deactivation.
• Google OAuth tokens: retained until you disconnect Google Drive or your account is deleted.
• Uploaded logos/signatures: retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion request.
• Invoice PDFs: not retained on our servers after upload to Google Drive.
• Server logs: typically retained up to 90 days for security purposes.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms
• Encryption of Google OAuth tokens at rest
• Access controls separating admin and super-admin roles
• Restricted server access to authorized personnel only

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for Google Drive integration at any time (via "Disconnect" in the app or Google Account permissions)
• Export your company configuration data
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

11. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Patel Omnix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Google user data is used only to provide Google Drive upload functionality
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless required for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in Panama and in countries where our hosting and service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers subject to appropriate safeguards.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Uso de Google Drive

Solicitamos acceso mediante OAuth 2.0 únicamente para:

• Subir PDF de facturas creadas por el Servicio a su Google Drive
• Listar carpetas para que usted elija dónde guardar las facturas

No leemos, modificamos ni eliminamos archivos existentes en su Drive, excepto los PDF subidos por el Servicio.

5. Uso Limitado de Datos de Google API

Cumplimos con la Política de Datos de Usuario de Servicios API de Google, incluyendo los requisitos de Uso Limitado.

6. Sus Derechos
